Air New Zealand
We developed an intranet application for Air New Zealand for managing their relationships
with travel agents. This was done in Microsoft Active Server Pages (ASP) with a
Microsoft Access database.

We developed an intranet application to enable Astra Zeneca employees to lodge and
monitor IT Help Desk requests. The front end was written in Microsoft Active Server
Pages (ASP).

Aussie Home Loans
For a period of almost 2 years from 2000, we assumed responsibility for the Microsoft
SQL Server databases. The customer care and data warehousing functions resided in
these databases.

Baycorp Advantage
We worked for Baycorp between 1992 and 1999 when they were known as Credit Reference
Limited. Mostly we worked on a plain English reporting system for conveying credit
reports to consumers. This involved extracting data from the mainframe credit database,
converting it to grammatical text and delivering it in soft and hard copy. The report
writing tool was Microsoft Access.

Bloomberg
In 2002 we developed a financial data dashboard to help reporters digest and disseminate
information, constructed in Microsoft Visual Basic (VB).

British American Tobacco
Between 1999 and 2000 we worked with BAT to adapt their vending machine software
for hand-helds and barcoding. The work was done in Advanced Revelation.

Captain Cook Cruises
We worked for Captain Cook Cruises between 1999 and 2003. The work consisted of
enhancing and supporting the sales order and financial management systems. The environment
was Advanced Revelation. Part of the job involved supporting users in remote locations
such as Fiji.

Day-Timer
Day-Timer is our most loyal client. We have been working for them since 1992. Until
2007 we were responsible for the sales order management, warehousing and accounts
receivable functions. These were provided by our accounting package GPAC, with custom
written Advanced Revelation modules. Nowadays we provide help on an ad-hoc basis.

George Patterson Bates
In 2001 we converted the highly complex sales order management system from Microsoft
Visual Basic (VB) version 3 to Microsoft Visual Basic version 6.

In 1998 we took over the support of HCF Life’s funds management system. This is
an Advanced Revelation application.

IATA
In 1992 IATA licensed our accounting package GPAC. We added significant custom modules
for ticketing management in Advanced Revelation and remained involved with the site
until 1999, when GPAC was replaced.

Kitchen Connection
We worked for Kitchen Connection from 2004 to 2008. We developed a core business
system for Kitchen Connection to manage the entire selling process. This was done
in Microsoft.NET with Microsoft SQL Server as the database.

We worked for this department from 1994 to 1998 providing extensive development
services in Advanced Revelation.

Lester Australia
From 1998 to 2005 we maintained and enhanced Lester's timesheet, billing and receivables
system. This was architected in Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL Server database.

NSW Lotteries
In early 2005 we rewrote the $2 and $5 draws in Microsoft.NET. This system was required
to replace its successful but ageing predecessor.

Rail Infrastructure Corporation
We worked extensively with RIC between 2000 and 2002 on their Incident database
using Microsoft Access and Microsoft Active Server Pages (ASP).

Select Appointments
We worked for Select continuously from 1996 to 2006. During that time the organisation
grew at an extraordinary rate and we were in the thick of many of their projects.
We developed and maintained the payroll and billing systems in Advanced Revelation.

Solvay Pharmaceuticals
In 2001 we developed a system for managing clinical trials of new products. This
was done in Microsoft Access.

State Property Authority NSW
Since 1994 we have been developing LandSpeed, the software application for project
management of property matters for construction projects. The environment is OpenInsight,
Microsoft Word and Microsoft Active Server Pages (ASP).

In 2001 we wrote a custom application in Microsoft Access for Suzanne Grae's buyers.
The system helped the company to gauge demand and plan buying and production.

SVI Australia
Between 1993 and 1999 we worked with RAGS, now owned by SVI, to integrate our accounting
package GPAC with their textile manufacturing, distribution and sales package. We
helped to sell and support the bundled package. Around 30 sites took up the accounting
module before it was discontinued by RAGS’ new owners.

In 2000 we developed a custom rostering system for Sydney Opera House. This was
done in Microsoft Access.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
In 1999 we developed a project management system to help the church control its
construction costs around the Asia Pacific region. This was done in Microsoft Access.

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians
We worked at RACP continuously from 1992 to 2002. We implemented our accounting
package GPAC and provided extensive custom software for membership management and
professional development. The work was done in Advanced Revelation and OpenInsight.

Transurban
We have been working for Transurban, the operator of the M2 motorway in Sydney,
since 1999 in development and support of the customer care functions. Microsoft
Access, Microsoft SQL Server database and Microsoft Active Server Pages (ASP) have
all been used extensively at this site.

This was a joint venture with our client Select Appointments to develop and process
the electoral roll for the East Timor election in 2001. Our part of the project
was to develop and support the data capture facility using Microsoft Access.

We have worked for a few different parts of the University over the years. In mid
2005 we developed an application in Microsoft.NET for managing the blood and tissue
sample inventory for the Faculty of Medicine.
