Infocouncil's Action Sheets Module
Using the details of resolutions made in meetings,
Infocouncil builds up a series of minute items requiring action sheets to be issued.
A form is provided for the system coordinator to add due dates, notes and nominate
the appropriate staff member(s) for each action sheet.
The relevant staff members receive an email containing the notes and due date specified
by the coordinator, and an extract from the minutes showing the resolution and how
it was carried. Notices issued 'for information only' are not given a due date.
Provision is made for later entering completion details into the system. Actions
without a completion date are deemed to be incomplete for reporting purposes.
Action Sheet reports can be run in various ways:
- Completed actions only
- Incomplete actions only
- Both complete and incomplete actions
- Select by staff member
- Select a specific meeting
- Select by date range
